For New Clients

What working with E3DI looks like.

No surprises, no long ramp-up. We define the seam, scope the authority, and confirm the execution posture before an engagement ever begins. Here is the process end to end.

The Process

From first conversation to owning the seam.

01

Discovery & Fit

We start with a direct conversation about your program, where the friction is, and what's actually at stake. We're selective by design. If we can't materially reduce your execution risk, we'll tell you plainly and point you elsewhere if we can.

Format: Call or in-personTypical length: 30–45 min
02

Scope & Select an Engagement Level

Together we choose the right level of involvement (Foundation, Enable, or Premium) based on how much of the program's technical and operational seam you need us to own.

Output: Recommended tier
03

Define Seams & Sign the Service Agreement

Before anything starts, we put in writing exactly which seams we own, what authority we carry, and how we report. Engagements are structured as monthly retainers with a three-month initial term.

Output: Signed service agreement
04

Kickoff Meeting

We align every stakeholder (government, prime, vendor, and operator), establish a working cadence, and begin owning the seams we were engaged to own.

Output: Cadence & stakeholder map
05

Ongoing Execution & Reporting

Strategy sessions, integration reports, and market and capability alignment reviews run on a cadence matched to your engagement level, so you always know where the risk sits and what we're doing about it.

Output: Recurring integration reports

Good to Know

Questions new clients usually ask.

Do we need to know exactly what we need before reaching out?

No. Discovery exists to find that out together. Most clients come to us with a program that has friction somewhere. We help locate the seam before we talk about scope.

Will E3DI ever compete with our prime contractor for control?

No. We operate within existing contract structures and reinforce the prime's authority rather than creating a competing line of accountability. That neutrality is core to how we work.

Can we change engagement levels later?

Yes. Programs evolve, and so does the seam we're owning. We revisit fit at renewal, and either party can propose a change in level.

What if E3DI isn't the right fit?

We'll say so. Selective engagement is a deliberate part of how we protect our credibility and yours. If we can't materially reduce your execution risk, we won't take the role.
